I too never managed to get into Spellcast/Gearswap due to my deer-in-headlights syndrome when it comes to scripting in xml. Also I hope there's a good UI mod like to mark maps, and change buff icons and all that jazz. I couldn't stand having generic buffs and square-enix's god awful default fonts. They changed a lot of that stuff sometime ago, just not sure how long ago.
edit: the buff icon stuff, not the map stuff. Can't one just replace the map dats with other ones? I forget the name of the project for the UI changes, at least regarding buff icons and maps. I think it was FFXI style or something like that. Curious if it's still around, or simply got adopted into the windower thing.

It's funny you posted that because as I was listening, I was thinking to myself it sounds a lot like the type of music that was used in Nier. Which is a phenomenal soundtrack by the way; and as it turns out, the game is made by the same people.
Sadly the gameplay looks cut and dry, but if the story is compelling and the soundtrack backs it up, I'd be willing to tolerate the button mashing. I'll be sure to check it out. Just hope it's better than the first two Drakengards. They were.... clunky and lacking direction. Way too much caffeine! !!!!!! Also, why do people intentionally go into the stall next to an occupied stall when there are others free?!

considering how old the show is, and that they're hand drawn (so it seems) I wonder...
also, Jos, I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read that, or it would be sprayed all over my laptop.

Leon, is it me, or does sometimes theatherythm doesn't register some clicks?
Been playing DMC4, pretty fun. Love the music.
Tried playing DMC3 but the PC port has gawd awful game pad support. I know DMC4 got a lot of ***for having Nero as a MC, but he doesn't seem THAT different from DMC3's Dante. Which is the fan favorite Dante. Only complaint is the characters jog instead of run. or they run really slow for super powerful half/partial demons. I have that disc somewhere, and think I made an .iso of it already if you really need it.
Cool. Just got my code for the Beargguy preorder DLC for Dynasty Warriors Gundam Reborn. Still waiting on the bloody game though. >:I

One Piece killed off the black guy before the story even really began (flashbacks don't really count), it amuses me. Always forget to remove the s, so annoying. Can't that be fixed lol

Can't that be fixed lol I made a site suggestion for that very thing awhile back, there should be a way to, but I'm not sure how much of a pain it would be to implement a protocol check in the address bar, for at least the "youtube" box, now for people typing it out, probably isn't a way. edit: and the recent manga wasn't all that, imo. I think I may wait a few weeks before I pick all 3 I read back up, so there can actually be some progress, is it me or are they getting slower? |
