I like Swedish news, they usually never speculate and if they do, they make sure you know it's speculation because of a lack of information at that point and to check again later when they have accurate information. This only happens when there's something big as well, like the Boston bombing or the plane disappearing.
Man. Everyone and their mother is a miner, it seems. Every time I think I'm onto a great find, turns out a thousand other people already got to it and have lowered the price dramatically.
You see I'm not exactly a gamer like most of you guys. I have an obsession for FF, but outside of those, I've played very few games in my life.
Turn based strategy? Well, FFTA2 is one of my favourite games and I enjoyed CIV2 on my old ps, but that's as far as my experience goes.
Look into Heroes of Might and Magic. It's a pretty old series but they still have semi-new games.
Specifically look into Heroes of Might and Magic 2, 3, and 5. 6 is out but I haven't played it.
3 is by far my favorite. 5 being my second.
1 is okay and 4 sucks.
You claim castles, build them up, recruit creatures for your army. Fight things, capture mines for resources, etc. Each "town" (castle) has it's own uniqueness and type. As well as the creatures you recruit are unique to each type, but you can have any of them in your party.

I'm in the same boat as you. Aside from the Final Fantasy games, I don't think I have anything Japanese. Assassin's Creed, GTA, Red Dead Redemption, Call of Duty, Little Big Planet; most of my gaming is what would be considered mainstream. I don't care though; I love it.

3 is by far the best. You can still play against other people too. I have 5 and 6. 5 is the best one imo with the newer graphics. 6 is kinda meh, but I got it on steam anyway.
You'd love me, I pan out my next turn before I even do it, so naturally I'd only spend 1-2min tops on my turns unless I was fighting things.
Sitting there watching my cousins or friends take 10-15min long turns was pretty hilarious, I won't lie. I could sometimes go in the other room and watch a TV show for a short while before they finish their turn, that feel.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
