Well that was a first for me... I was still a little sore from yesterday, but didn't think much of it.
Did my squats, was more tired than I'm used to but still didn't think about it. Hopped on the bike, about 4 miles in my legs just didn't want to work right, but I powered through and got back to normal... and then just shy of 6 miles my legs just stopped *** working all together.
The last quarter mile I did was like dragging my legs through wet cement or something. So only got 6 miles instead of my 10 miles, just because my stupid legs wont work... stood up off the bike and fell down, yup.
Guess I have been cutting too many calories or something.
