maybe if Japanese were as easy as Spanish I could probably learn it, I have interest in the one, not the other.

Yeah but spanish is way easier and a lot more useful. there are a lot of jobs you can get in/ get paid more if you know spanish.

only gen ed course I have holding me back is this math class (which I've failed 3 times... soon to be 4) I've tried to talk to the Math chair about nulling out the need for the class but he wouldn't even listen (grumpy *** old ***) so I'm going to a dean next... I don't actually even need the math course ... it's just some stupid rule...
How?

I know you're a virus with technology, but you can do math without a calculator son.

/comfort

I think my virus has invaded my brain ...

Or I just can't do that ***in my head that well (even writing it down all the numbers just get jumbled in my head)
lysdexia?

Never got really tested for it but yeah I wouldn't doubt it.

Worst course I've ever taken was history of music. It was a three hour class that was boring as hell. Worse than any math class I ever had.

That's comforting; at least a little bit.
The good news is, half of my desire is not only just to advance my career opportunities, but also just the general hunger for knowledge in fields that interest me and contemporary matters in the world.
I'd have a masters already if I applied all my semesters in college properly, but I took a lot of classes I didn't need, for myself really.

My concern is continuing to work part time and keep a roof over my head.
I'm super low-maintenance and have no qualms about eating ramen day in and out, or self-sustaining my entertainment needs, but affordability while cramming time in for school while maintaining a commute that won't *** with me either by schedule or financially will be tricky.

Either way, gonna wait til my little brother finishes elementary school and my folks decide to high-tail out of vegas and move northwest like I intend to. Have my eyes on Spokane atm.

Honestly I think I may have it a bit, I type things out of order a lot, will read numbers out of order to people, and not just once in a blue moon either, it's quite often.

I'd get tested for it, but I don't really see the point at this point. Maybe if it gives me some perks in some classes or something, like I could get a notetaker, as I have something wrong with my hands from either writing notes like crazy for 3 years of History, or that compound with keyboard use.

I've gotten used to the pain (I'm not sure if it's CTS or tendinitis or arthritis or something else, but my hands hurt on a daily basis (inb4 jerking off joke).

Check your local CC and see how many classes they offer online, or at least hybrid.

That's a great idea actually. I had forgotten how much online courses have advanced over the years. Though sometimes I question their legitimacy in regards to how it is viewed by potential employers, as well how extensive the curriculum is compared to being in a classroom.

But as far as money and time goes, community college and online courses may be the answer I need.

I can't stand online courses too many distractions at home for me to do the work. I rather force myself to go to class.

Going to a community college is a good idea though I agree.

I can relate. Online courses are more likely than not to make me turn into a living meme of you-know-who.

I had a course online not too long ago which was really confusing. The course seemed too detailed to be taken online. Plus the teacher said the course was only available online. I was like wtf.

That's... concerning.
I knew online courses would be significantly more difficult to have one on one with your prof if you had more detailed questions or needed help understanding things, but that's ridiculous -.-

Take a 2 year degree at a CC transfer to a 4 year, they won't know the difference, and definitely won't know it was online courses.

The key obviously is to not procrastinate.

Get it in your head to do the work the first day it's up, mind>matter etc.

A friend on Steam randomly gifted me Transformers: War on Cybertron, saying it's one of the best Transformers games ever made and insisted that I try it.

Is it that good? It looks like a game I'd play, even though I'm not the biggest Transformers fan (I am a fan, just not like OMGHUGEFAN).

I've heard many good things about it, which is a breath of fresh air considering most licensed title games based off some other form of media typically turns into a total bomb. But apparently it is very fun and rewarding to transformer fans in general.

Well, I played it for about 10 minutes before I had to stop and get ready to leave (walking out now after I post this) but it is incredibly fun. Amazing graphics (I only have them set on Medium!), great sound effects/music/voiceovers, and awesome FPS action! Can't wait to play more when I get home!

I told myself I can't play XI until I finish this one class/test I need to take (not school related) I have yet to do it, it's not really been a great incentive, I just find other stuff to do. But I do miss my XI...

I've never had peanut butter, but I always thought it must taste awesome.
I love peanutbutter!

Did you know peanuts are not a nut? Peanuts are a type of bean.

Despite not being a nut there are many nut/seed butter alternatives.
Like Almondbutter, Cashewbutter, and Sesame Tamari also yummy.

I made my own homemade "not-peanutbutter" by grinding (raw) almonds/sesame seeds/sunflower seeds/salt/oil(any healthy oil will do), and the results turned out very delicious and creamy because I did not roast the nuts/seeds first.

I remember yelling at my DS when the golden stags would fly away even though I had stealth skills that rivaled Solid Snake.
