Leon, ever do Romulus Tier Missions? Tier 2 Mission was more PITA then the Tier 3 mission. And they both are annoying, you have to do another mission to do the mission they make you do! AND YOU CAN'T CLEAR IT OFF YOUR LOG! It stays till you do it. >_< I wonder what bonus we get for that Industrial thinger being done.

The New Romulus reputation missions? I'm only tier 1 at the moment; pouring my resources into Omega Force. And Dyson, but that doesn't count because it's just daily missions anyway.
Pretty sure it gives us access to Fleet-tier ship equipment. We should get that as high as possible along with Shipyard. Mk XII Fleet weapons should give us a hell of a damage boost. :I

I was on the wiki last night, did not see Shipyard II needing Star Base Level II but I could be wrong.

You do the Crystalline Entity Elite fight? Gives good Nukara Marks, and it's an easy fight.

I just do the one from Dyson Joint Command as soon as you warp in. They're usually just "go to point A, do X, go to point B, do Y" etc. Takes like 2 minutes to do and gives the daily commendation.

It probably doesn't. Don't think any of them do, but upgrading the Starbase as we go is still worth it just for the bank access and duty officer stuff.
