You can also get Fleet Marks Bonus. Gotten a few of those already. If there was no "Fleet Provision" in purchase of ships, I would have gotten some 200,000 fleet cred ships just to spend. >_< Fleet Mark Bonus and buying Random DOFF with Fleet marks is only way I see recycling the creds to projects.
