Welp, since I last weighed myself, I dropped 26 pounds. I fear I might have gained a couple though due to this flu that basically knocked me flat on my *** for the better part of last week which prevented me from doing my routine exercise. The important thing is to not let that stop the weight loss, so tomorrow I'm going to get right back on the horse.

As for the diet itself, I've been under my caloric intake budget all week (well, since I started dieting) and have been chronically paying diligent attention to what I've been eating. I have a couple apps on my iPad to help me out with everything, and so far the results have been the proof of their abilities.

slips got a job now, making way more than me. dunno if i'd updated yall. but he has his GED and drivers license and all that, and is now working for different plants.

i'm still a manager at my store, but transferred to one closer to the house.

little dude is gonna be in 4th grade next year and is still a holy terror.

in other news, slips uncle just got outta prison (was there 5 yrs) and is currently flirting at/with my mom (we all live here, so i have to see this crap lol)
