Meh. Installed it. Got the shuttle, lobi crystals, and the Khan outfit.
Wonder what they'll add next to get people to use it. Hope it's something for ships. :O

What is Arc?

PWE's own Steam-like program. Launches their games, can buy Zen and special offers for their games through it, etc. According to STO General on /vg/ it's pretty terrible security-wise though, so they recommend uninstalling it as soon as you've got the freebies lol. Pretty sure the free stuff is only being given out while Arc is in beta testing btw, so if you want the stuff, grab it while you can.
Only get 1 shuttle/lobi box btw; it gets added to the inventory of the first character you log in with through Arc. If you have an account bank, you can still send the box to other characters though. Oh, and you only get the Khan outfit/hair on one character at a time, so you'll have to log in with all your characters one at a time if you want the outfit on all of them.

EDIT: Apparently, the shuttle/lobi offer ends on the 31st of March, while the Khan outfit doesn't currently have an end date.
