and why would he take it down? short of being ashamed about making such a shitty game? They're playing the game. As far as I'm aware, he just didn't like the publicity it garnered. He's getting all Dave Chappelle about it.
On February 8, 2014, Nguyen tweeted that he plans on taking the game down, writing on 11am UTC "I am sorry Flappy Bird users, 22 hours from now, I will take Flappy Bird down. I cannot take this anymore."[13] He went on to say that taking down the game has "nothing to do with legal issues".[14]
