Try plain vanilla ice cream Sav. It's smooth going down so it won't irritate your throat if you've already tossed your cookies, and it's easy to keep down. If it does come back up, it's gentle. :-(

GAH If I have a sore throat something warm always fixes it for a little bit. It's weird how well it works.
