Wife plays on 3GB RAM, dual-core processor and a very low-end graphics card.. Unless your comp is infested by spyware and running like 20 programs on start up, you should be okay.

its a rather new computer my dad got lol its not ment for gaming but its got pretty good specs lol i play TF2, sims 3 really nicely

I literally run at less than 1 fps. At least during beta I did.
And I have those specs. Don't look at me.. Her computer isn't 'clean', and she runs outdoors mostly fine, there's some lag when compared to my comp, but not much, you'd never think 'hey game is lagging' if you didn't have something better to compare it to.. In town is a bit more lagging, probably 20FPS or so.
