When Nadleeh Sakurai activates Nightmare Ring with the command "Emerge, Nightmare Ring!" it transforms into a perfect bo wrapped in colorful ribbons. It allows the wielder to become incorporeal momentarily. :|

Lillicarnage's Heaven from Hell is always activated, and resembles an elegant, big quarterstaff. It produces a poisonous mist that surrounds the wielder. Does that mean I don't get to yell bankai if it is always active? :(
