Would it be fair to say that a college student has a "job" which is to learn or gain knowledge, and that "job performance" could be based on grades?

Writing a paper about discrimination among students being expected to get higher grades based on race and trying to put it into job terms.

I think I should be able to call it a job since many forms I have filled out have "Student" listed under the Employment drop downs.

If I want to use proverbial in a sentence how do I do it?

I do not feel that it is “bad discrimination” to have standards for students where we expect them to improve, even when they are already at the proverbial head of the pack.

Do I need to put "head of the pack" in quotations or...?

I would consider it a job, personally. Really the only thing different between a paying job and a student is the type of pay you receive. As a student you can rope in both knowledge (which is objective and not measurable) and experience.

Funny you mention that. When I introduce Shakespeare to the kiddos next week, I'm going to use the replica I made of the Globe Theatre in class. It's gonna be sah-hweet.

Lots of DRGs, no need/efficiency to have more than one in group. :x Also BRD is easier to play(no offense to any hardcore BRDs). Kind of like SAM spam in XI post 2handed update. No need to wait on an awesome, knows what he's doing WAR/DRK/DRG/RNG/etc. when you can bring the easiest to gear correctly, easiest to put out good numbers job along.

Oh, one or two. The world's full of too many different types of people to really have EVERYONE liking each other.
