Hmmm I remember a year or so ago, when the Park Service implemented its plan on White Tail control in DC's Rock Creek park, via Spotlighting, I remembered they asked for volunteers from the public. Reading on website says "trained sharpshooters from the Agrigcultural dept." hmmmmmmmmmm

Buffalo is wonderfully delicious, haven't had it in a couple years though. Moose was my favorite meat until I started messin' around with venison, though it's been a bit since I've had moose so it could still possibly win.

I had some buffalo when I was in South Dakota last month. Or earlier this month. Yes earlier this month. And it was good. But I was also staying on a beef farm and was given home grown angus beef...ZOMG... /mouth waters...
