But the tattoo was cool too! Honest! I thought it was cool. ^^
I've never made baked potatoes that way before, I definitely want to try it! Usually I scrub them, stab them with a fork a few times on each side, rub them in olive oil, then rub salt all over them, then bake. I don't wrap them in foil, but I put foil on the cookie sheet because I'm way too lazy to wash it. Then when they come out, an hour or an hour and a half later, I do whatever toppings I want, like chili and cheese, or maybe an egg (but if I put an egg in they have to cook for another half hour to set the egg, so it depends on how hungry I am!)
But this new method looks really pretty delicious! Must try! Mixing the caramelized garlic with the butter looks especially deviously delicious. YUM!
