Frameworks all installed. No windows updates available that I haven't installed. Software for card is installed. yeah i'd say update your software, you might not have done it.

do what quiz says, update everything again, might be something you might have overlooked... GPU drivers, directX, uh .... Run directx:
"has determined that a newer or equivalent version of directx has been installed already. no installation necessary." No option to repair or anything. Tried the ATI control panel thing? Anything the way it shouldnt be in there?
