Expect mid-late august
The game releases on the 27th of August with some number of days early access that I can't remember so mid August at the latest.

All we really have to go off is sometime after June 15th.

And phase 4 is set to be a few days long,and be right before early access


roadmap says phase 4 will be 1-2 weeks, not a few days.

my way of understanding that (based on the entire alpha/beta so far) is that means 1-2 weeks,of 2 days access. To me that means a few days anyways :P We'll see though!



oooh yeah I get what you mean rofl ... yeah .. :x


if they stick to the current weekend only thing... then yeah it's going to be like a 4 day open beta test at most...

hopefully when they mean OPEN beta the'll just keep it open the whole 2 *** weeks... and just bring it down when they need to do some debugging.

after phase 3 ends it's gonna be a wipe of the phase 3 characters, phase 4 onwards it's going to be saved (from what I understand) and your 1.0 characters (if you use them) are saved as well (from what I understand)

Sweet, cuz I put some work into my character and don't really wanna lose it all :s



I'm not worried about new characters being wiped (it sucks yeah ... cause it's work being deleted...) buuuut i'm going to be focusing on getting my MNK up to 50 ... cause from what i've been seeing... they've amped up MNK a TON.

I saw a white puppy in the road alone with a collar on my way home so i got out of my car to see if i could read its collar. Was too scared to let me get close but each time I walked to my car it followed me lol so I walked the rest home with it following me. Got to my street and my sister walked up to me with some treats and it bolted away ; ; poor doggie lol

Phase 4 they're still technically testing the PS3 version but it's OPEN beta ... so are the invites going to be more lax (like just an open DL ...) or are they're going to have to be invites sent out?

all I know is~ when phase 4 comes out, I want to get soo far ahead so I won't get stuck in the starter towns trying to kill the mobs for the quests

I've not yet seen how well it's going to feel on the PS3, do macros or my gear sets swap over correctly? crap like that (nothing majorly difficult lol)
