Yeah, I laughed and called dispatch so they know why I'm delayed. Since it is CCT they can't exactly hang a u turn to come give me the key, so I get to wait like and hour+ for them to get back.

Sucks though because this hospital doesn't have an ems room.

Oh wow, I totally misread that. I thought you were saying that your wife had the keys to your truck and that she was being taken to the hospital. It hadn't even occurred to me that your partner might mean the EMT you work with, considering as you're an EMT as well. At least I think that's what's going on, here.

I think it's just a manner of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. For all we know, Sephiroth was trying to stab a frog when she got in the way. Then, to keep up the badass persona, he made it seem like that was his plan all along.
