I'm not surprised by this but at the same time I do have to say that weight is not always indicative of obesity. :x

But I weigh more than an average american :o

Then again I used to be 175 and went up to 200 in muscle mass alone,so it doesnt really count :x

edit: Yeah weight,like loki said is partially a bad example. Muscle weighs more than fat

So do I, but I'm also like a foot and a half taller than the average American.

Probly half the doctors that come up with the statistics to base obesity on are overweight, too. It kills me when some pudgy *** doctor tells me to lose weight, especially when I weigh less than their left *** cheek.

There was a mass outrage here recently. Some world famous health and fitness expert from sweden or somewhere came to ireland to make a tv show and she was disgusted by doctors here. She publicly outspoke about how it was a disgrace that someone in the medical profession cant look after their own health (specially she mentioned how every doctor smokes and they're ALL overweight),and people are expected to go and have faith in these people in regards to their own health. Fair enough I know you really only need their knowledge in the matter. But it certainly doesnt instill confidence in the person

I love food way too much to be nice enough to go on that diet. That's kinda cool though.

We have Sunday dinner at our place every week.

I'm making spinach and prosciutto stuffed pork tenderloin with my moms special dessert which is chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, whip cream, and Skor bars, but they don't have Skor bars so I'm going to use something else.

Bring booze.

Idr the brand, but I've had a tofurkey hotdog before and it really wasn't that bad imo.

You go ahead and enjoy that juice on your own, though!

Quoting myself here to add a bit more. The trainers (both that work there,and that dont but accompany some members there) at my local gym are a joke. There are only 2 of the 6 look even remotely fit. One of the female trainers (not one of the 2) is skinny as hell,but its the "genetics" (same kind as spath basically) skinny. When I first joined back in 2011,there was a polish trainer working there. He was 6'4 and properly built like a tank,even won an ironman contest 4 hours under the goal timelimit. Muscle wise and low body fat wise,he was a proper trainer but quit after about 3 months. I ran into him once and asked him why he quit and he said because the other trainers are a joke and its insulting they can be called health and fitness professionals.

Kinda got side tracked lol,but the entire point is even though you only need their knowledge and guidance,it doesnt help if the person training you is an overweight,out of shape person. Especially when it comes to a place like a gym,where 99% of the people going are like going for visual reasons
