On a 1-10 scale about what is Spath-level. Since I said he's like a harem protagonist that puts it between what 7.5-9.2?

Roughly around there yeah

My god there is a wiki for everything these days

Friend zoning is the oldest and ultimate form of trolling, that or chicks who friend zone don't understand what they are doing. Bro doesn't kiss your *** to be a friend, he does it because he wants a piece of dat ***. As soon as you say 'no', friendship = over.
Maybe it's because she just doesn't like you...

You can't force a girl to have feelings for you. No matter how hard she tries, if there's just no spark on her end, then there's no spark. It would be so much worse for guys if they found out two or three years into dating a girl that she never really liked them and was only doing it to be "nice." :-(

Besides, the friend zone isn't the End Game that so many guys think it is. I would never date a guy unless he was my friend first. Before we dated. If you remove the pressure from her and let her just be a friend for awhile, she can become much more comfortable with you and that might help her develop feelings for you.

My husband was my friend for a year before we became a couple. And now, he's my best friend. I wouldn't want it any other way. If I couldn't tell him anything and trust him to be there and know that he was my bestie, it would remove an entire layer of love, trust, and intimacy from our relationship that's just irreplaceable.

I don't know if it makes any sense, but just don't pressure so much. If friendship is what is right, then let it be right, and if something else develops, yay. If nothing else develops, you'll have a good friend and another girl that you are more compatible with will come along. And it sounds corny, but don't mistake Ms. Right Now for Ms. Right. Just because you are infatuated NOW, temporarily, doesn't mean that there's not someone out there who you wouldn't be in love with, permanently.

And don't mistake politeness or kindness for flirtation. >.> That happens a lot too, and it makes girls wary to be nice. ("I caught him looking at me in class and smiled to be nice, kind, and polite, and he took it as a flirting. Now he's mad and calling me a tease because I wasn't interested. ;; Next time I'll be rude instead! Then he won't call me names!") And then of course next time there are names, and they are worse than "tease." Some gents get it, and some need to just ease off the pressure a bit. :/

Not everyone is like that and some people genuinely enjoy friendship.
It's actually both.
In some situations yeah there is no friendship after, others yeah you can become really good friends. Usually staying friends has to be someone you've known a long time. If its someone you haven't known very long and you get friendzoned....welppppppppppppppppppp yeah not so common.
It can depend on how hard the friendzoneing happens as well... Some people will show compete disregard for the fact that they may have just crushed someones heart and then want to talk about the awesome sex they had the previous night or something. From there the friendship can just deteriorate and fade away if the friendzoned doesn't get the time they need to move on.

Pretty much my point. Yeah, if I've known the girl for years and have BEEN friends with her, then yeah. But if I just met her and was "getting to know her" to see if we were compatible, and she says no, then we aren't compatible. Friendship wasn't really a part of what was going on. Sounds bad, but it happens.

I understand what you're saying, but there are times when a person really does fall in love, albeit one-sided, with someone and a "no" hurts so bad they can't return to being "just friends". It's more protecting yourself. Eventually your new friend is going to introduce you to their new boyfriend or girlfriend, some can take it, some can't. For me, it was best to just abandon ship, though I did so in a totally ***-backwards way. It was high school, after all and I was a teenager, I eventually apologized for "all the ***I put her through."

Facebook is confusing me. Again. O.o o.O

Ok, so, I added a picture to an album that was NOT my profile picture album. And I was bored of my old profile picture, so I edited my profile picture to be the new picture. But I don't see why anyone should care whether or not I changed my profile picture, so I hid that action from my timeline. So, the picture is changed, but there's not an update status about it. No one cares. xD

But people keep liking and commenting on both pictures. O.o? Only one of them is in the news feed, right? It would be awkward if two of the same picture were popping up in everyone's feed. That's why I took it off timeline, so that wouldn't happen. Do I have to hide the action altogether to make it stop posting two of the same picture? If I hide it altogether, will my profile picture still be the new one? For future reference I mean.

On another note, I nearly missed my jury duty. I read it as being the 30th, but it was actually the 20th. Luckily, my group number is 1015, and right now the only groups being called are 1000-1008.

Unless they specifically said you didn't have a chance once the joking started, you still may have had a chance. Just because they thought you were joking, doesn't mean they weren't okay with the idea.

I was pretty clear that I was serious... Most likely is that they thought that would go over better then a striaght out reject, that or she was 4x more oblivious then woman accuse men of being all the time. I got over it fairly quick, I just find it an amusing story now.

Thats probably about right.

Although there was plenty of times where she'd actually move outta her way to be able to look over,I tested it out a few times and worked everytime.

I've actually met girls who were oblivious. Up until a couple weeks ago, I was dealing with one. I had been talking with her and I made it clear that I had a girlfriend, but I never outright said I'd rule anything out in the future or whatever.

We were texting one day and I don't remember how it came up, but I told her something along the lines of, "I'd date you if I were single." Then I got busy at work and couldn't check my phone right away. When I got back, there were two texts maybe 10 minutes apart. The first just said, "Really?" and the one from a few minutes later said, "Hello?! Shocked girl on the phone over here."

So it's not just a one-way thing... Sometimes they can be into us and not realize we have a thing for them, too. A few days later when she saw me, she said she had dibs on me if I ever broke up with my girlfriend.

P.S. For unrelated reasons, things are really complicated and messed up with my girlfriend at the moment. Go figure.
