There is one thing that bothers me about Fallout 3. I understand that it's a dystopian environment after a nuclear disaster which occurred some 200 years prior. Fine, I'll give you that. I'll even give you that there is a lot of dishevelment in various places that are either in constant tumult or controlled by beasts. Okay. But what about some of the other locations that are owned by humans like the Enclave or the Brotherhood, for instance the Citadel? I've seen thousands of brooms lying around, and yet there are papers and fragments of buildings littering the floors in these places. Why the hell can't one person just pick up a broom and tidy up a bit? Is that so difficult?
I'm on this air force base, and there's a file cabinet laying on the stairs. THE *** STAIRS! Jesus guys, pick the damn thing up, how hard is that? Don't you have any respect for your ***?! Damn...
