Sweet dreams! The Canadians will be affected by this too if it happens. Either way the train of thought has always ben that they will not let this happen. They will let it drag out as far as possible to get as much as they can then sign a last minute deal. I assumed it would have been done by now though because if the August 2nd sticks and it usually takes at least a week for them to pass everything unless the other side agrees to forgo the formalities. Anyone's guess at this point.
