Couldn't you argue that the more sexual partners someone has had increases the likelihood that they have/have had an STD?
I also don't hold women to a different standard. I don't want anyone who sleeps around more than me, and I don't sleep around much at all.
It was meant in a general and sentimental/relationship level.
Sure there's higher risk of STIs with the more people you sleep with, but that's a different matter altogether.
But I just think it's silly to hold someone's life experiences in the past against them. At least when it comes to sex/relationships anyways.
