HI SPATH! /waves frantically! I umm... why are you waving so frantically...
Did I miss something? I was just saying hi. :[
I still don't see why all the complaining. Won't even notice it in a day or two. >.> Get over it, d00ds! :D I'm just not used to people being frantic with their waving. :<

Just found this picture of me from a few years back...
Dear god I thought I was bad when I'm drunk now, I was ridiculous when I was drunk then.

That fool thinks he can control a mech with a gamecube controler. The real problem is attempting to control 1 mech with 2 controllers. :<

I just watched a stream of someone playing FFVII blind, as in, he was using the chat as a guide to get through the game...for 3hrs. ._ .
....if you want to do it too

That Rune Fencer vs Aegis thread is giving me a headache.
I appreciate we have so many knowledgeable players that can help explain and guide us lemmings to utilizing equipment and strategy properly, but in this case, it's frustrating when equally complicated heads butt and I'm there waiting for things to be put in layman's terms.

We as human beings are too stubborn for such things!
This equilibrium is very difficult for us, so we try our best to have fun with it!
I really need to get to bed before I start blabbering about nonsense again. :<

It'll be interesting when he has to do more interactive parts of the game. Like the motorcycle chase, snowboarding, etc.
Luckily time limit events in FF7 are pretty extensive and forgiving.

On a side note, how effective is /brding campaign, even with no promotion medals? I'd like to level my subjobs with minimal effort, even if it is a bit more tedious and/or time consuming. o_o /brd isn't really that effective for much of anything besides procs.

I meant for spamming campaign exp. At least this is what I thought that exploit entailed.

yar, what Austar said. It's been a long time since that happened, didn't really cross my mind that it was what you meant. Either way, what I said still stands! :p

Oh bummer. Shows how much I play/pay attention :<
Any other plausible exploits for exp for minimal effort other than Abyssea/leeching GoV? >.>;

Well they gave exp quite a boost for campaign anyway. Not sure what is fast to you, but it will be faster than before type of deal. In campaign I mean. /needs sleep, sense making is hard

Yeah, campaign is still my favorite method of getting exp, despite the skill up block. Though I don't think it is a very plausible or effective method at level 30-40ish :/

Particularly if one garners the motivation to take the Northlands

Yeah, campaign is still my favorite method of getting exp, despite the skill up block. Though I don't think it is a very plausible or effective method at level 30-40ish :/ you kind of get beat up pretty bad until 60 when you can at least use the bonuses on the gear

I always kind of went foolhardy into battles without ever doing the ops. Wouldn't specific types (depending on what is needed for that region) help ensure more influence to controlling said region?

Yeah, I learned not to bother until 60+, especially when many things are AOE happy. And I'm pretty sure there's not much to be had being a pussy and spamming spells from a distance on mobs busy attacking NPCs.

I'm usually wrong about everything when it comes to campaign mechanics '~'

Heh that's okay, I just remember spamming through the complicated explanations on what ops do and how they help and recalling a bunch of stars showing up for particularly needed ops for whatever region, or something like that :<
Lucky for me I probably love campaign enough to take over the (past) world on my own, or fund a relic from sold voiddust on AN alone.
Probably a bad exaggeration, but you get the idea.

Unrelated update: my 7am no-sleep addition is telling me that I will in fact be able to obtain an Ebisu in a few hours
inb4 lungfish are the GP items at JP midnight
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
