I grew up watching stuff like that, and watching them now takes me back to when I was a kid and I was all excited for the next movie to come out.

If you didn't grow up watching movies like that then I don't see you looking forward to them.

I just enjoy having that feeling when I watch them.
I thought pretty much everyone grew up with stuff like that? >:
Dunno, when i got older i just wasn't interested in those kind of movies anymore .-.

It's arguably my favorite.
It's like Toy Story 3...minus the sads.

;; I have also not seen any of the Toy Stories. When it came out my parents were all "Nope, you are getting too old for this plus you already have the Lion King" (not in so many words.) And I can't watch any of the subsequent ones til I go back and watch the first one. /blush

I went because I loved the first two and I wanted closure, I came back with closure....and feels....so many feels D:

How does one pick just ONE cgi movie as a favorite?

I enjoyed Beowulf as a CGI movie.
I have watched Finding Nemo too many times to count.
Kung Fu panda was awesome.
Madagascar is one CGI that I own.
Puss in boots was good. I don't know if it was better than Shrek.

There are a few I have not seen yet but should...
