How long have you been working out?
If it's snacking, have you looked for recipes people do with trail mixes and whey protein?
I know a few people have done their own treats putting them in cup cake baking cups and take a flavored whey powder and make like a chocolate whey/peanut buttercup snack.
Just an idea if you get cravings.

Yeah snacking is my problem,I try to avoid it but sometimes I cant and whatever I do end up eating is super unhealthy and that bums me out.
Only been working out for 2 months now,I know that isnt long enough to see anything except a few basic newbie games/losses but its just a bit disheartening lol
