My sisters husband is a welder so I could probably get him to make me something.

The thing that seems like it would be hard to pull off is the hair.. a bad wig can ruin everything. If I wasn't a scaredy cat I'd just cut my hair short and dye it. xP

Not really; there are some pretty light woods out there. Would obviously need to use a harder wood for the shaft than the blade, but it wouldn't be that heavy.
And foam weapons look tacky.

Finally got my wires all wired up and set right, new HDMI cord on my monitor, webcam is set up (I dunno... shall I post a picture in the pics of you thread?)

Got my headset and external HDD in a better spot instead of sitting on the tower lol.
