I lack the courage most of the time but wouldn't say it's weird... In the end it will just be a yes or a no. Now a guy asking another guy (or girl asking another girl) is where you get into a whole wide range of possibilities if you don't know how they feel about that. XD

Every girl I've dated started out as a friend, actually. They didn't end up being true love or anything. But they ended well, believe it or not.
