Community Profile Link

Was updating my main char, and I got the following error:

Warning: Your LS Community URL appears to be invalid. It should look like:
http://fanzone.playonline.com/lscom/characterAllData.do[edited]

And my Community Profile Link is :
http://fanzone.playonline.com/lscom/characterAllData.do[edited]

I'm having the same issue, was trying to update to see if it would update my job levels and now it will not except a link at all.

Give it a bit. We're attempting to build in regex matching of submitted profile URL's to cut down on the number of reports from people who's profiles won't update. On further investigation, we discovered that an enormous chunk of "my profile won't update" reports were from people who were pasting the completely wrong URL. So we're trying to build in a verification check on URL submission.

Cool, hoping that works. My profile updates ... but only if I resubmit the URL manually. For some reason, it's not fetching the information on its own. :/

If it can help, I think the problem is due to "special character" in URL.

Ex:
http://fanzone.[...]ata.do?EQUIP_LIN[...]STRING=0ulQrfZg[...]NcVi1QvF7JlYEho-3D&VIEW_[...]STRING=0ulQrfZgP[...]lYEho-3D

Maybe the "-" before 3D is messing up your current regex.

We just didn't take into account the varying string length for each variable passed.

So do we need to just do manual updating for a while on our edit character page(s)?

Can you put an update button on the edit page to send us to the proper link we should paste? That would save time and make sure we are copying and pasting the correct link.
