um, about 60k? Your friend probably unloaded 10-15k ukkos and healed him because he absorbs damage during TP moves and magic damage during spells.

I see, I'll let him know, though, from what I saw, he used mostly high tier magic during the fight, and only one TP move from what I could see, some great cata, something or other. Does he absorb during his physical swings too (heard they count as TP moves)?

I've had this problem before with not being able to proc blue on Shinryu. Whenever my monk says he has gone through weaponskills 3-4 times with clean/no proc, we usually wipe far away, get up, wait 5 minutes, and try again. If that time doesn't proc it, we just consider it bad luck, but usually he procs almost immediately when he finds the WS after we get up.

I've actually since had problems with other nms... can't actually remember every proccing archery lol

As far as shinryu hp I have done a 61k wildfire that didn't kill it. But that's only cause I found out I couldn't proc blu after 1 shadowstich lol. But not much more I'd say since I usually one shot it after except one other time when I only did 41k wildfire thanks to mighty gaurd :(
