I just don't see how the dam father is not on trial too he must know some one. The dirty sob need to take responsibility for his son death instead of trying to pass the blame. I hope he commits suicide from the guilt but I assume he think some how the person who held the expo is to blame although he was the one who let his kid fire the weapons...

no, but when it comes to being abused and allowing it typically they are very similar.
Most developed brains would remove the situation entirely (per their ability) unfortunately for children they don't have that choice even if they come to it.

So i guess if he was letting his 8 year old drive his car and the kid ran over and killed a few people that would be no ones fault either because he was just teaching the kid to drive and accidents happen lol

Well beings it's illegal, there's lots of people who can tell your kid what he can and can't shoot.

Okay, I'll admit the general circumstance of that tragedy was more or less an accident. It was within a controlled environment and what appeared to be a trained professional. However, because of the type of firearm it was and there being laws against children using them in the first place, it was essentially willful neglect or endangerment that caused the boy's life to end.
