Just got my 85 Kannagi a couple hours ago.
No "pony ring" yet. Maybe another AGI ring until then? I started on a STR katana as well.

Hi is agi based unless u need the att from str katana which you shouldnt since no NM matter now at all

2k+ HI's with kamome on anything that matters is quite respectable for a katana outside of lolabyss.
Trying to do more damage is dumb guys.
Only need str att if enemy def is super high which 99% arn't

I got these augments on my alt.  I've also seen a few players ingame with AGI+5 on their S.Kote. its not fake.... i see no reason to post a fake SS. You need to look up how augment system works before calling other a liar.
you allways have 1 HQ augment (on Kote its sTP) and 4 different common augment.
