Won't Anwig Salade with AGI+4 STR+4 wsdmg+2% and wsacc+15 be better than Ocelomeh Headpiece for Hi? (and also Exenterator)
It is rarely mentioned but TP bonus moonshade + attack should be a great earring for Hi also, maybe the best one.

i use un augmented s. kotes and it treats me pretty good
mine is just STP+3 Crit+2
I'd spend time and money on it but it'll be after kikoku is done. What's a good amount of Agi to have now-a-days before you start seeing minimum boosts damage-wise? With the setup I have in mind, it'll bring me to +54 Str, +61 Dex and +53 Agi with lots of att and acc. Your question still doesn't make any sense.
EDIT: Capping fSTR will heavily devalue additional STR, but that varies by target and it sounds like you're looking for some magic target number instead when no such static value exists. WSC has no such cap and is just subject to typical diminishing returns. Ah, gotcha. That cleared things up for me. Thanks for the quick responses Nightfyre and Kin.

Anything below 500 would suggest an issue with acc or fighting a mob that has high pdt- or defense of course. If you are talking about numbers on voidwatch, many of the new NMs just have quite a bit of defense to them. Only way to get realiable high His is to ride Innin on most of them.
Pretty much what curty said, check your tp return on low hi's. generally low damage can mean it didn't crit, or you missed the main or offhand hit.
Regarding voidwatch you're probably extremely low on attack on higher tiers and unable to cap ddex. Mainhand hit gets an acc bonus, it's just the 95% rule kicking in.
My set is pretty much identical to your set Roshima. Except I use Rajas ring over Stormsoul. Blade: Hi is a crazy inconsistent son of a ????. I think most ninjas have a love hate relationship with this weaponskill.
I don't break 3k all the time, but it does happen on occasion in voidwatch. Normally my Blade: Hi average 1.8-2.5k. I use Red curry buns when accuracy isn't an issue, and Pizza +1 when it is. Perhaps the low numbers you are getting are without temps? Maybe you had a bard or corsair in previous voidwatch runs? I always seem to get stuck in the BLM party, so no rolls or songs for this guy. :( Brutal + Centaurus or Brutal + light earring (1%crit)
Or slightly better than light earring(except at 300tp): TP bonus/attack moonshade earring.
