There has been 24 pages of Blade: Hi gear sets and discussion, read.
All of which people argued and complained and trolled over, again thanks for the help.
On page 23 there is a post by the bottom that has a nice order of what the best options are... helps to check atleast 2 or 3 pages back rather then quiting because theres a troll.

Decent, possibly a little better than Kamome but I'd favor Sekka as the new top dog.
EDIT: Less useful in Voidwatch as you should be /SAM and using Save TP/Regain atmacites. STR for pure DD.

Ban better than Kamome outside Abby? Uh... why? Low delay Enfire really better?
Low delay = faster TP gain and the enfire isn't horrible. It's a pretty small difference though, enough so that I still use Kamome in certain situations.
Good for those people who don't have a kamome.

Oirandori is pretty situational tbh. I wouldn't use it on low-HP mobs, especially if I'm the only DD, and in Voidwatch you're probably not meleeing enough to get the full benefit of it. It's also pretty reasonable to have Innin + Champion's Drink on when you are meleeing, so your critrate should be relatively high already. Obviously if the NM has a habit of absorbing your buffs it's a different story.

I still like Kamome for Voidwatch (damage is skewed towards WS + high base critrate, critdmg is relatively valuable and offhand base damage is less important), otherwise I'd probably go with that combination yeah. Quick note that I didn't get to add earlier: Oirandori can be of use in Voidwatch, it just depends on how much time you and the other DDs get to spend engaged. If you're just WSing via TP gain from regain/Meditate/Dusty Wings, not so great. Meleeing during Fanatic's, potentially useful (more buffs = higher probability of activating earlier and thus getting more benefit from the effect, also consider your tanks). If everyone's engaged fulltime because it's something relatively non-threatening like Roly Poly, Oirandori definitely has its uses.
