oh oh oh... There is a branch of the lolpolice force here called the Control Unit, and they grind my balls into the gears.
They don't know how to direct traffic, and when they are out there, traffic backs up big time. Just this morning, one of those *** was at a major round-a-bout directing traffic. WTF WAS HE THERE TO BEGIN WITH?! Ain't had no traffic till his dumbass stepped into the road.

It grinds my gears when you forget your account name or password, and to get it back you need to answer the security question, but you get it wrong, which is stupid because the question is 'What is your fathers middle name?', something I should know, especially when I have the same middle name.

The offices at my work shut down from 12-1 everyday and we're all supposed to take lunch then (even if you stay there and don't clock out, they won't pay you during that time). That's why it's annoying when people eat right before or after.
I only " rage" about it when I'm grumpy... like on a Friday that is taking too long to be over >.>

I take mine about every 2 hours or so to break up the monotony :D.
But hourly and then even sooner than that seems silly.
But I don't sit out there longer than I am smoking so it usually becomes around a 5-7 minute break.

Yeah it was actually put out at my work (navy) that you couldn't be hanging around the smoke pit not working if you weren't smoking... but I knew people who litterally spent hours and hours there smoking each day

If someone is taking that long to solo though, I generally ask them if they would like help killing faster or proc'ing red. The sooner they get it, the sooner they are out of my way.
There is the occasional douche that thinks I'm trying to steal his seals and won't team up though.

pseudo-problems that clients have grinds my gears. One minute they're hollering and screaming that the printer doesn't work, then when I get there, it magically works like its suppose to.
Also, unorganized people grind my gears.
