What Grinds Your Gears?

if it makes you feel better, nobody talks in my linkshell half the time b/c they're on vent...so i talk to myself all day \o/

People who tell half the story at best. People who wont answer anything else semi related to the what happened after over a month and asking nicely about anything and everything that happened. Even after accepting wont know about a certain something. And when asked wtf happened between and explaining who it looks and how they feel all they get is as general fine I get it. No denial of anything or explanations. Just more secrets and lies about anything and everything that ever happened. Knowing whats wrong and just not caring enough to give a ***to do anything to fix it. People who go from super friendly flirty to you and looking and talking of alot more in the future to being completely dumped out of no where. No reason no explanation. Hell not even a hey I'm not even gonna talk to you anymore just silence. And then blow up when you get mad and talk about it in an attempt to vent and maybe get some answers. If you do something you're ashamed of or would be mad if people found out maybe should either A) not do it
B) ask people not to talk about it and maybe give them a reason to.
Especailly when you've helped them other situations with other guys they've made unhappy and everytime they make someone unhappy they QQ everywhere. And though I gave benefit of the doubt at one point starting to think there is a pattern and that may be why people do mean things that person can't talk about. And perhaps might even deserve them.
Maybe if they'd just talk to people... things might be different.

Lol, not that you're asking, but best advise on that is to walk away, either figuratively or IRL. People like that use the gambler's rule to control other people. It's a classic mind ***.

That is, you lose, so you keep coming back to see if you can at least salvage what you lost...Meanwhile, the other person continues to gain...A dinner, attention, a gift, a chore done for them or a ride somewhere, or just a shoulder to whine on (which they generally feel offended to offer in return)...etc. Whatever it is they need is what matters. As for you, well, you're just a piece of self-cleaning toilet paper...til you walk away completely.

My peave is simpler. AH prices. Way too high for lower level crafting. there's no way to stay afloat when prices for things that actually cost ~1k per stack are selling for five times that. Can't even recover cost if no-one will buy items that are seriously over-priced. Boo-Hoo me. (Did you figure out I'm a lower level crafter?)

so yesterday my new ls gets together to do limbus. we decide to send all dd to SW and all blm to NW. so blms as a 5 man pt gear up and head out to limbus before the rest are ready. we go and enter, and get told by our leaders that we have to alliance them inside so any coins we get are split among ourselves and the alliance pt doing SW. were kinda like uhhh what? so lets get this straight. were going in as a 5 man group vs a full pt+ to do harder work and in the first ls weve ever seen such backward rules, expect to let a huge pt split all of our coins for the work of our 5 man pt that they couldnt do? noooo... i dont think so.

so we say yea, no thats kinda bs. your alliance gets your coins and we get ours. its the way any limbus has been done and were dishing out 15k to go get dd homan sets we cant use with no complaint when never getting nashera.

so we go on and do our run(with a blm officer to the shell), with various deaths from a few who havent been in limbus and a terrible lag spike on my part. the entire time via vent and ls the ls leaders are calling us selfish greedy *** and we better KNOW this isnt how things will be ran because were greedy selfish because they wanna hold the chip.

after about a hf hr of listening to them *** via ls (sounding incredibly greedy about wanting the chip we were gonna give them anyways i finally said something and was promptly told by the ls leader to shut the *** up. so i did... but was still on vent. they stopped for about 10 mins and we got to kaiser behemoth and invited them to join. so now as a alliance you think think problem solved. there bitching about the chip and called us greedy for like a hr now..
but no! they start up on vent again where i said in a nice term please, enough guys. and left vent with a massive headache. we win, the outter alliance lots chip and has the ability to lot the +1 items we got.

To add insult to injury, the ls ldr waits till we get out and are beside them and tells everyone who wasnt in blm pt they get 100k on top of any coins they got.

this kinda stuff grinds my gears.

two days before that they told us if we do ks99 that if u get a speed belt u have to split it with the entire group(no not 10 mil to orb holder) and donate any BB items to people in the shell who need it. im totally down for giving away bb item to someone who needs but i worked damn hard on those KS and sacrifice my blm to do 30 runs for anyone not blm without so much as a complaint.

Pisses me off too, especially when I'm asking a question.
At least say "I don't know" or if I'm asking for help, just say "Sorry I can't." Don't just ignore me, it's rude as ***.

I just keep asking until I get a response from a fair amount, then they start going "NO JEEZ." "Well ***, say something next time."
And my ls can have up to 20+ people, and I know damn well they aren't afk or zoning.

Well as Thf it may be easier, as they actually miss from time to time.
Steelshells have good Acc against me (War has ***Eva) so I'd be spamming Curing Waltz II, then eventually die. They hit me for about 100~150 (200+ on criticals). >.>;
