Was trying to prove that some people aren't bullshitting when they say SE's windowed mode doesn't actually work always.
Every time I open another window over FFXI, my screen goes like that. Hence why I stopped trying to use SE's windowed mode.

To be honest, I would get a new weather app, since it's apparently an issue with that on your system, judging by the display, or simply keep it minimized when playing FFXI, since it's obviously covering up important game data anyhow, unless you don't think HP/MP meters and target HP are important...

Yeah, I have an issue with SE's official windowed mode too. It gives me that kind of weird stuff around the outside of the window. Go go windower!

lol... That might be true if it messed with the "Windower" version as well, Ryezen. But, it obviously doesn't for her.

Went from a pretty nice friend to flat out crazy. When we first met, I helped him out one day when I left a party to escort him to Jeuno. From that day forward, I've been considered his only friend. Which is fine and all, but now he calls me an elitist because I spend more time with my LS than him, and don't do things like go on coffer hunts and whatnot. It's got to the point where he is even leveling the same jobs at the same time, and goes so far as to copy my /seacom when he looks for parties the same time I do.

Bloody annoying.

I use SE's window mode usually. The only thing that windower has over it for me is that the controller doesn't work when the SE window loses focus.

With windower you can scroll along wiki with the mouse, and run your character around with the controller in the other hand.

Windower does not equal cheating, btw.

Celene, that sucks, and I hope I never get that problem.

If I had an xbox I would probably use that. Though, I always hear about crashing in high traffic areas, so. ><;

I tried the official Windower out of guilt when it came out, but I'll admit whether it worked smooth as can be I wouldn't use it because I'm too accustomed to the good life with the unofficial Windower. lol I'd think this is what Ryezen generally wants to hear; that we admit we have it better than anyone else. There was slight lag when I used it, but as I said for myself and I'd guess for many others it wouldn't really matter. Had they released that initially? Maybe, but after 3 years of luxurious plug-ins and limitless macros along with scripting, aliases and now Apradar? Not a *** chance. lol

My moral compass isn't what it used to be!

This would be my only argument against Ryezen; Windower in itself isn't inherently cheating as you can disable all the extra features, but there is a breaking point. Spellcast, for example, makes me feel like a cheater, but it's so luxurious that it's over my head anyway. lol

The Xbox is ok for most places, but I *always* crash during the last 5 minutes of Besieged. Also, the fact that I can't take full screenshots bugs me. Only way I can SS chat logs and whatnot is to take a picture of my tv screen. >.>

Caiyuo, I wouldn't say that's what I "wanted to hear", but I definitely hate hearing the oppossite, which is denial. =)
