It's redundant... as most everyone I know would say it... Drink lots of water. Like lots of it so you are peeing every half hour. It'll help get rid of the junk that's backed up in your stuff. If you are drinking anything that has sugar or caffeine, or even chocolate... take a break. That stuff requires extra metabolism/energy to digest/desynth that would otherwise be used in fighting the cold. If you eat anything, eat little fruit that feels good/right to you, and if it is sinus stuff maybe blueberries? That's just a guess really about the blueberries. But fruit will give you most amount of energy per digestion. Helping you get better faster instead of so much of the body's focus on digesting.
