You shouldn't odds should be the same. You might just notice it more though. That being said making the odds more likely to skill up also increase your chances to break. So yeah when your 1 lvl away from the cap facing success duration on same element day sure youll probably get hardly any skill ups but also no breaks. But you can only skillup on breaks if your within 6 lvls too...

Well now that is odd. Whole reason they have you do that is to find out if you are botting since as far as I know those auto-tell programs dont do stuff like that

Maybe it's right. You learn "from" your mistakes. Since learning is the process of becoming informed... You must be lacking before you are fulfilled. But knowing that you've become fulfilled would be to learn that you learned. And thus arrogance?

These past few nights I'm getting closer to whatever cyclic loop i've got going on. Still, not quite touching/grasping it.

But wouldn't learning actually take place in the moment you are finally doing something right? Is that really from all the mistakes you can make? I mean, you can make infinite mistakes and never learn. Not that I'm TRYING to be an example... I just know that it can be applied to me just as well.

someone probably got mad at me for fishing so much who knows titan is weird like that c.c and one thing that grinds my gears yet again is me not checking my e-mail daily...

I started getting into crafting just reccently. (Just got cooking 42) And, maybe its just me, but my positive synths usually yeild average of .1 skill up, but every now and then, my breaks with have a .2 skill up. Just found it odd.

Synth failed.
Crystal is broken.

I get that, or:
+.2 skill, crystal broke, and lost only one item.
But, of course its the more expinsive or least accesible item. Thats always a fun one.

That's when I turn to FoV (lower lvl jobs maybe) and use up the rest of the duration. Or log out for the night, and hope you log back in at a good time.

having to reinstall ffxi on my hard-drive b/c the 360 failed today grinds my gears...but w/e....

Not getting paid til friday grinds my gears. I really could go for a screwdriver or two right now. Least I still got some smokes and jack to hold me over.

Btw, did you try reconnecting power cords and blowing out any dust on your 360? I remember when I FIRST got mine out of the box I got the 3 red lights of doom, and boy was I pissed. Kinda fiddled with the power cord and voila! It turned on and has been working fine ever since. A shame PC > 360 for FFXI so I hardly use it except for movies and Fallout 3 >.>
