Nice! Glass armor is my favorite as far as looks go, I really wish i could find something with stamina regen, so far still only have health and magicka :/
>want Daedric Armor
>need smithing
>buy all the leather+leather scraps from stores
>smith dozens of leather bracers
>sell bracers
>wait24hours
>repeat until satisfied
>???
>profit! :D
Iron daggers are easiest. Leather bracers if you can't get your hands on any iron ore/ingots. Use Well Rested when mass crafting. It helps noticably enough when doing 40 + synths.

Easiest way to find what you are looking for in this game -
Step 1 - Figure out which vendors sell it and map them all out
Step 2 - Fast travel to them until you find what you are looking for
They get resupplied each game day (i think) or at least by the time you make another lap to them!
I found that the barter in Riverwood tends to carry stamina regen rings if that helps. Resupply I think is 48hours :/
Also anyone happen to have disenchanted any muffled boots to get the gain? And if so could I please get the base %? Just want to know if it will be worth camping(yes I know nightingale has the feet enchanted already but I dont plan on wearing/getting them anytime soon)a set to disenchant and add to my gear(vs +carry weight)as Im already at 30 runs and nothing(should have bought the pair I saw a long time ago, insert "dischant all the gear meme"...).
Can anyone help me with this quest? I'm reading this book and it's saying that, right after you finish Compainion Quest: Blood's Honor, you start Compainion Quest: Purity of Revenge. However, after I get the chat with Vilkas over with, it doesn't start. It just says I completed the previous quest. Tried going to the place in the guide where it says the two of us would go for the fight, but nothing. Am I missing a step?
Two questions for you guys, first of all first person view or third person view? I always use first person except with greatswords, for some reason my character seems to like to dance about when I use it and I get lost in first person mode during a fight so I third person it up there.
Second question, do you have a story building up with your character? Like not in game so to speak but maybe some little bits you have added to it yourself.
My character for instance became a Companion, drawn in by the sense of duty and honor the members seemed to all share. After the death of Kodlak Whitemane during the siege by the Silver Hand he begins to question if a life lived honorably was really worth living, if in the end the people who live their lives differently are the ones who can claim a life and triumph in the end. Shortly after these events he travels to the small town of Ivarstead with the plans to climb the 7000 steps and meditate on what was troubling him. However that night while visiting the inn and having a few drinks, a Vigilant of Stendar wanders into the inn and mentions being on the trail of a witch. After some talk with the Vigilant makes a comment about hunting down abominations like witches and werewolves. Overhearing this conversation, with a flurry of emotion the transformation occurs, and the Vigilant soon finds his spirit seperated from him shredded body. In a rage he wanders out into the street and is stopped briefly by two guards, one of which meets a quick end. Panicked he runs off into the mountain and disappears into the 7000 steps as the guards decide not to give chase. That night he dreams about the destruction he has caused, and the sick feeling of joy he had while ripping out the throat of that Vigilant ***. The dreams turn to nightmares as he realizes he is losing control to the spirit of the beast within himself. When he wakes in the morning he knows there will be a bounty on his head, so he makes his way to the only place he knows he can hide out safely the city of Riften.
I figures with a backstory thing like that I can kinda justify turning away from the law abiding citizen shtick and start working on some of the thieves guild stuff etc.
I accidently shouted during a brawl and the towns folk all started to attack me... so I did Call Dragon... Paid my bounty afterwards and there's an old man fighting a town guard and losing. Healing skill ups go!
But gamers across all platforms have been reporting problems. So Bethesda's VP of PR and Marketing, Pete Hines, has responded via Twitter, posting, "PS3 & 360 updates have been submitted for certification," confirming that Sony and Microsoft have received their respective patches for testing. "PC coming too," he continued, concluding that the "Current estimate is [the patches] will be live the week after [Thanksgiving]." Thanksgiving in the United States falls this year on Thursday, November 24th.

Thanks.
I use the Muffle enchant on my boots, and it does not have a base %, it's just a static Muffle (like the spell). As far as I can tell, makes no difference how well you enchant it (unless you want a second enchantment as well).

^^;; I have way too much time on my hands.
I have to do third person, I can't get into it in first person, just looks too funky for me. Running around in 3rd reminds me when I first got XI and was so excited to adventure around :'<
Sorry of this has already been said...has anyone run into the "Challenger?" I have run into him in several towns and he can one or two shot me. Its ridiculous and annoying.
is it just me or is there a major lack of Kajhiit npc's, only one's i've ever seen are randomly outside Whiterun and one in Dawnstar which i now can't find and ya can't talk to any of them about marriage :s
Bethesda Softworks just announced the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series and the sequel to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will be called Skyrim. And it'll be out next year.
Bethesda's Todd Howard introduced the game with a brief teaser showing a stone dragon and a dramatic narration that sets up the story of the next big role-playing game in the Elder Scrolls series. That teaser also dates Skyrim for November 11, 2011.
I cannot bloody wait. I've always loved the Elder scrolls series since Daggerfall.
