just went to windhelm to check out the guys there... wilhelm is still the top of my list =/
the good news is i still have markarth and morthal to check
Markarth is by far my favorite, Windhelm is probably second favorite, then Solitude. One of the few problems I have with the game is that several of the "main" towns are barely more than the "villages". I swear Winterhold is the same size as Riverwood (Excluding the Mages College).
But yeah, Markarth is badass.
Well to be fair, half of Windhelm fell into the ocean, lol.
Bleh i just found out There are quest items that are scaled depending on your level when you obtain them.... What's the minimum level you need before getting these items ex.Nightingale armor/Chillrend/w/e to obtain the maximum reward?
Stamina regenerates while running (not sprinting, obviously:p), don't know about Magicka, and haven't really payed much attention to damage because Im usually trying not to die xD
I'm pretty sure if you use a spell with a set cast amount (like Conjure Flame Atronach or Fast Healing) it will start regenerating the second the magicka has been used to build up the spell (meaning you don't have to actually let go and cast the spell for it to start regenerating.)
I have no idea (although I kinda doubt) about sustained spells.

I'm basically just trying to figure out what ratio of HP/Stamina i should make my character have. Level 28 and I've just done HP only so far.
I only have like 160 stamina (I'm mid 30's) and I get by fine. My HP is something like 260 and my MP is like 280. For the longest I was just putting most of it into HP, then I figured out how useful some of the higher cost spells could be, so I started building up MP.
I use only heavy armor though, if you use light armor you might need more HP.. As it stands it's still pretty easy for me to die if I'm not actually paying attention, and in really hard fights I need to spam potions..

If you are using a heavy melee build, I suggest getting a decent bit of stamina. On my current melee char, I'm using a roughly 1:1 health/stamina ratio. Stamina is used for power attacks, which deal more damage and stagger opponents.
If you plan to ever cap enchanting, don't bother putting any points in magicka. You can easily get -100% mana cost from enchanting gear.

Yea i think someone said either go for a 50/50 Health/stamina or 60/40
I'm leveling up a character and getting it the farthest it possibly can without spending any perks, then saving it to a usb or something. Then making one an archer/assassin, and another a Heavy armor dual wielder or something.
When I'm using a bow, the only really thing I use stamina for is to zoom in right before i shoot an arrow, so I'm thinking maybe for the archer maybe go like 70/30 health/stamina
Must he die? I tried 3 times to save his *** from a dragon and he's managed to end up dead 3 for 3 the last one I never even saw him take damage from it. He was such a great resource I wanted to keep it that way...
I'm guessing you can't make them legendary status though? Considering there aren't any "perks" for lets say Nightingale armor and stuff like that?
You can upgrade any armor/weapon to legendary so long as you have the right smithing perk. The only weapons I haven't been able to do this on is ghostblades. They're upgraded at a grindstone with ectoplasm rather than any sort of ingot, not entirely sure if the smithing skill is used for them. My personal favorite items though has gotta be deadric artifacts, spellbreaker and ebony mail are the hawtness. As far as nightingale armor goes though I do believe it's under a type of leather so one can upgrade it right from the get go.
If you go 50/50 stamina make sure you put no points in magicka AT ALL.
Was never going to. I honestly figure I'll just go like 70/30 or 80/20 since I pretty much only use a bow and I only need stamina for sprinting and zooming.

I was about to say then Nightingale is definitely the best light armor, but then I remembered When you enchant dragonscale yourself, it becomes better.
I don't see the advantages of going 50/50. I went 70/30, I haven't really had much trouble with running out of stamina. And even then, potions are so extremely easy to get/make. It's not a problem to replenish your stamina, if you ever get in a pinch. And with elemental fury you don't even NEED power attacks.
I'd rather have a nice hp pool so I don't get 1-shot by ancient dragons.

Seems to be either a weird bug with Elemental Fury, or a really bad flaw to it.
Can't use EF while using an Enchanted Weapon, when I tried to use it, it'd give me the message "Weapon is already Enchanted".
Hadn't used the spell for the whole day, either, so.
70/30 meaning 70% of the time you will increase your hp, 30% you will increase your stamina. There are 81 levels, so 80 level ups. 24 of those will be stamina because 30% of 80 is 24. Which in the end will give you a total of 340 stamina.
Bethesda Softworks just announced the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series and the sequel to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will be called Skyrim. And it'll be out next year.
Bethesda's Todd Howard introduced the game with a brief teaser showing a stone dragon and a dramatic narration that sets up the story of the next big role-playing game in the Elder Scrolls series. That teaser also dates Skyrim for November 11, 2011.
I cannot bloody wait. I've always loved the Elder scrolls series since Daggerfall.
