As stupid as it may sound, I think the lore, world, races, etc could fit an MMORPG makeup perfectly. I think if they got some actual MMO-knowledgeable people in Bethesda to work with the core creators on an MMO, and not fall into the rut of "WoW has lots of people playing it, let's just make that game but with Elder Scrolls on it", it could potentially be amazing.
That's asking for a lot out of a developer. I know. But if there's any worlds that I'd like to see in MMO form, it's Nirn. There's even room for expansion into continents like Akavir.
Mass Effect and Dragon Age worlds would also be great for MMOs.
This actually isn't stupid at all. In Fact, Zenimax Online Media is currently rumored to be designing an Elder Scrolls MMO.
Other than like the first main trailer for this game, I had looked up relatively little in the way of spoilage before getting it.
Everything is new and I have 0 idea what to expect. At least within the realm of a Bethesda game. I forgot how much I missed this feeling really.
Most of what I know is about game mechanics. This last week has spoiled quite a few surprises though. I won't list them obviously, but still.
But I didn't see any harm in knowing things like Crafting/Combat/Magic and changes like that.
