penetrating children educationally = ok.
penetrating children sexually = not ok.

What is hard to grasp?
The penetrating part where penetrating doesn't mean sticking an object in ones hoohoo or poop shoot or otherwise.

the school system part i was mentioning was when teachers get in trouble for sexing up their students.
Let me be blunt and step out of all this legal mumbojumbo.

Running your hands up a 12 year old's thigh.
Pressing your hand against a developing breast and then feeling underneath it. (12 years old let's say)

Bold part: And that's illegal because?
because you said so?

let's see the fundamental difference here.
Running your hands up a 12 year old's thigh during a pat-down.
Running your hads against a developling breat and then feeling underneath it because it makes you sexually aroused.
the hinge-word is sexual, but you pointed that out earlier already.

and about my poop shoot/hoo hoo post.
or otherwise was tagged on the end there for a reason dingus.
What would thus reasoning be?

would thus be able to thus ask thus questions in thus better format thus?

and did you ignore the rest of my post?

If penetrate only meant "sticking an object in ones hoohoo or poop shoot" I'm sure the people at Websters would have fixed that by now.

Also people have missed the deeply part.
Context sure is important. Penetrate can have several meanings I'll give you that, but not in this context.

As those laws are written it explicitly means penetrating an orifice of the body and would fail to prevent the pat downs people are experiencing now.

If the TSA was doing cavity searches on children then we'd have something to talk about, but I haven't heard anything of that sort.

not that their other shenanigans shouldn't be questioned lol.

just don't think child penetration should be the spear point of an investigation.

Dear TSA,

We see your bosses running around with their heads up their *** wondering what we're going to do with our new-found freedom.

Since we got rid of you asshats, we have employed a private company to handle our security. They charge a decent rate, they do their jobs well, and they are all friendly. Since hiring them, our prices throughout the airport have gone down, which is also a plus.

We have been aware of your attempts to get back in our good graces by offering bribes and such, but lets face it, lipstick on a pig won;t change the fact that at the end of the day, its still a pig.

Signed,

Yeah, it just says sexual penetration. Not just penetration. Since we're doing definitions:

Medical.Dictionary said:
sexual penetration
Sexology Sexual intercourse, cunnilingus, ***, anal intercourse, or any other intrusion, however slight, of any part of a person's body or of any object into the genital or anal openings of the victim's, defendant's, or any other person's body; emission of semen is not required.

The TSA is about as beneficial as life insurance on a cancer patient lol, which is not possible to say the least.
how beneficial is life insurance on a cancer patient?
I'm sure your question was implying how is it not beneficial, but it's just a matter of perception between the TSA and the consumer.
how beneficial is life insurance on a cancer patient? silly guy, sidestepping my questions. just imagine i'm only curious about the life insurance for cancer patients stuff, forget that this is even a TSA thread.

Many life insurance policies, IIRC, won't cover pre-existing illnesses. As for their stand on Cancer being any different, I don't know. But if you have cancer and go to get life insurance and die, they won't pay your family.

i dont quite understand this question.

1 kojo is right. an insurance company wont issue a new policy if a person has a preexisting condition that would make them a high risk for early death. cancer is certainly one of those that would not get issued.

2 kojo is also right that if the customer didnt disclose the preexisting cancer and then died the company would not pay the claim. there may be clauses like a statue of limitations where after having the policy for more than 2 years and then dieing of the health problem, they would pay the claim. also if the policy is small enough they might just pay it and not investigate.

3 life insurance on a cancer patient is absolutely beneficial to the beneficiary of the cancer patient.

4 there are many people with cancer that have life insurance. if a healthy person gets life insurance and then gets cancer then they would be insane to cancel it. the insurance company can not disqualify them from coverage if they become deathly sick after they initial medical screening is good and the policy is issued. if they could do that it would be like your car insurance company canceling on you after you report having an accident and not paying out.

you seem to be trying hard to prove kojo right.
my grandfather had life insurance BEFORE he had cancer.
ended up getting cancer and we received compensation for his funeral stuff.

you saw what this question was referred towards in the first place.
referring to my question about mab who was inferring that life insurance wasn't useful.
it might not be the most useful for EVERYONE but that's not what the question posed.
it's a pretty straight forward answer, I just wanted to know the reasoning behind that choice of words.
maybe my mock-wording of "beneficial" was misleading to you.
but it's not like every cancer patient doesn't have life insurance.
on the flip-side how screwed over would the people that had a plan set up prior to getting cancer if they happened to lose it :/
There's always pro's and con's and there are a lot more pro's with life insurance than there are with everything that is TSA, sound better?

Let's remove any notion that the scanners show naked picture of you and it poses any radiation for a moment. With this in mind let's cross out these tidbits:
Quote:
* Makes certain body searches third degree crime of sexual assault under certain circumstances. View as PDF. * Prohibits use of body imaging scanners to screen passengers and airline crew members. View as PDF. * Specifies that certain images generated by body scans violate State statutes, prohibiting invasion of privacy, pornography, and endangerment of child welfare under certain circumstances. View as PDF.
Do you still think these things shouldn't be done?
What would the "certain circumstances" of the first bullet be?
It's from the PDF file, did that really fast.
