Why'd you cup the guy's balls?
I'm not a cop <_<
Oh, that does make more sense.

Let's remove any notion that the scanners show naked picture of you and it poses any radiation for a moment.

With this in mind let's cross out these tidbits:

Quote:
* Makes certain body searches third degree crime of sexual assault under certain circumstances. View as PDF.
* Prohibits use of body imaging scanners to screen passengers and airline crew members. View as PDF.
* Specifies that certain images generated by body scans violate State statutes, prohibiting invasion of privacy, pornography, and endangerment of child welfare under certain circumstances. View as PDF.

Do you still think these things shouldn't be done?
Where did you take this information from?
It's worded weird as hell.
The first part that's not crossed out makes my brain hurt how it's worded.
I'm not sure why when you quoted me it crossed the opposite of what I did for the second.

It's from the OP.

"Makes certain body searches third degree crime of sexual assault under certain circumstances." How does that make your brain hurt?

Without using your words I'll say.
I think the TSA's policies need to be under investigation.
The pat-downs should be there to stay IMO, but I think they need to scrutinize the ones doing the pat downs more and make them accountable for their actions.
Welp, might post on this later.
I accidentally stayed over for work :X
cya :D

I think it's clear they are illegal but I have fun poking at people who say that because you paid for something it's not a privilege.

I was really upset when I heard about the warrantless wiretapping. But the TSA experience at the airports I fly out of I haven't had a problem with. I've never had extensive pat downs before, but I have been selected to have additional checks done and didn't have a bad experience.

When the body scanners were introduced I thought they were cool and would try to get *** before I passed through them. They usually didn't pat me down then.

Not gonna lie, I've thought of this too.
Do they have actual people monitoring them or is it some computer program that alerts TSA that I might be wearing exploding fruit of the loom?

Definition of penetrate
Ok, so that would be a no. The TSA has not sexually penetrated a child.

Seriously, Chaos? You're going to claim the TSA is sexually penetrating children because they influence, affect, or impress them?

The penetrating part where penetrating doesn't mean sticking an object in ones hoohoo or poop shoot or otherwise.

the school system part i was mentioning was when teachers get in trouble for sexing up their students.

Let me be blunt and step out of all this legal mumbojumbo.

Running your hands up a 12 year old's thigh.
Pressing your hand against a developing breast and then feeling underneath it. (12 years old let's say)

Bold part: And that's illegal because?

If penetrate only meant "sticking an object in ones hoohoo or poop shoot" I'm sure the people at Websters would have fixed that by now.

Also people have missed the deeply part.

because you said so?

let's see the fundamental difference here.
Running your hands up a 12 year old's thigh during a pat-down.
Running your hads against a developling breat and then feeling underneath it because it makes you sexually aroused.
the hinge-word is sexual, but you pointed that out earlier already.

and about my poop shoot/hoo hoo post.
or otherwise was tagged on the end there for a reason dingus.

I'm almost certain teachers have gone to jail for "sexing up thier students."

If only I knew of court cases that prove this...

Oh well :(
