Doubtful. Remember tp bonus only gives racc for slugshot... on the other hand possibly useful on the bow since Refulgent has dmg mod that makes it better than sidewinder at higher tps

Don't know about bow honestly it would only make it on par with sidewinder and would eat twice the ammo.

At 200% tp plus bonus it would depend on just how much stat mods you got... at 300% it far outstrips sidewinder
