Worst Drop rate you've experienced
1/9 on Swift Belt pre-uncapped.
I've been very fortunate with drop rates, none ever being as bad as the ones listed. treasure hunter helps alot though. I think I went 1/5 on Mistillin (Adamking). Which isn't so bad, just getting him to pop and being there when he does is the sucky part.

Went 1/1 on Yaanei without blue proc... I came and shat myself at the same time.. what I would do for that feeling again. Lol.
Leeping Lizzy. I never did get those boots.
I went 0/48 on Quu Domi the Gallant on my Siren character, ended up quitting the game before I could get another claim. Last thing I did ingame too.

Went back as 75 thf to camp for friends, went 7/9.... 1/12 on LL, I consider myself lucky on those 1/31 Iga Erimaki.......

1/17 on ace's helm. and that was after getting 2-3 other people helms so out close to 50 or so kills. i got so good at holding him, even a few times i held for 2-3 hrs and had a nice cool discussion with a gm while kiting luls :D
