Horrible Act Of Animal Cruelty.

the OP should really have used the facebook page as even though it still lacks info and is slightly one sided it gives a more delted report of the events. The matter is being investigated by the proper authority's. The man should have been charged with and written a ticket for discharging a firearm within a neighbor hood. He would then have to prove why he did this in court. if the Animal department finds enough evidence to fully lay waist to the mans claim then they can charge him with animal cruelty. The petition is not really needed.

If he goes to trial for the discharge of firearm and he gets said nope you where wrong don't do it again and the animal unit does not follow up with a charge of animal cruelty then a petition would be merited. Unless I'm wrong and this would be considered double jeopardy but first time he is going to court for a ticket for discharge of firearm. Second time he is being charged with a crime so it shouldn't.

i dont see why this is such a big deal, when animals get killed all the *** time, ive seen videos where people skin animals alive, and they rip there skin off, while there still alive, its sad.
just saying if you care so much about animal rights, you would stop eating meat, and let all your pets free imo....lol

why would we want our dogs to be free when there going to get killed in shelters?

You'll probably not like this, but out here in AZ, there is..I guess you could call it a law or something..anyway...if the shelter or pound finds dogs...they give them 3 days to be adopted or they get put down. ; ;

i know :( people need to stop buying from breeders and buy from shelters!

First of all. No one should ever believe anything ever, even if it comes from CIA or FBI(well maybe should be believed) If it came from facebook, and you believe it. Maybe you should go back to school.
