Top 10 Favourite Movies? :D

Subject says it all. What's your favourites? :O

I honetly find it extremely difficult to think of a full 10 <.< I have sooooo many films it's crazy, but my top two are currently Braveheart & The Dark Knight. The Last Samurai is a close one too.

Fight Club, The Dark Knight, Donnie Darko, The Big Lebowski, Burn After Reading, The Prestige, Anchorman, American Psycho, Pulp Fiction, and Princess Mononoke in no particular order

Not in order, but:

1.) Ghostbusters (the first one, with the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man)

2.) TMNT (The first one, the one where April stole Raph's sai and Splinter got kidnapped. Er, ratnapped, I suppose.)

3.) Last of the Mohicans (listen to the soundtrack, it's amazing)

4.) Boondock Saints (the first one, with the original guy crazy cop)

5.)The Die-Hards (I guess that's a series, but can I count it as one so I don't have to list them all?)

6.) The original Star Wars trilogy (also not just one, but they go together)

7.) The Bourne Identity trilogy (again with the not one business)

8.) True Lies (Arnold may be cheesy, but I like that one. /blush)

9.) Resident Evil trilogy (I've heard people who played the game say that the movies suck suck suck. But I never played the game, so I am free to like the movies. Who could ever hate a good zombie movie? ^^)

10.) Beauty and the Beast. (First one only! ~all disney cartoon sequels are terrible. Now then: "Be our guest! Be our guest! Put our service to the test! lalalala~")

Flion - Loved dawn of the dead for a zombie film.. Also seen the zombie diaries, but it wasn't in the same league imo. 28 says was good.. However I was dissappint with 28 weeks :/

Haste - gotta say pulp fiction is one of my all time favourites.. Just gotta love the philosophical discussions they have xD

28 days was far better than weeks. Glad to hear danny boyle is back on board for 28 months.

I love the Zombie diaries, it's an all time favourite, but it's a cult thing. Rest of my films were kinda popular, but you like what you like eh.

I see there's lots of Fight Club love :D

i dont know if it qualifies as a movie but if you want you can throw 2 girls 1 cup on my list

Fight club is an awesome film.. but for me, after the first time seeing it, I haven't wanted to watch again. Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie.. But, knowing the ending just kinda makes it.. meh to watch again xD

not from what i've heard, apparently you notice wayy more things the second time once you know, lots of little details.

Shaolin soccer is epic. XD I actually prefer watching that one with the English dub over the subtitles.

I don't know if I can think of 10, but my favourite movie is A Tale of Two Sisters.

I also enjoy the LOTR trilogy :3 Oh, and Battle Royale.

I just picked up The Shawshak Redemption book again, I've gone through 3 copies so far, I keep losing them somehow.

I've never read the book.. Looks like I have something to buy ;p

I could no sooner pick 10 fave books then 10 fave movies, but here goes.

3) Time Traveler's Wife (I know, chick flick, but I love)
4) Bourne Trilogy (counting as 1)
5) 300 (blood and guts, need I say more?)
6) Lord of the Rings Trilogy (counting as 1)

8) Kingdom of Heaven
9) Pirates of the Carribean (LOL I know, but I liked them)
10) Twilight Saga (yes, I am fully prepared for the moking to begin and I do not care. I like them, and I love the books.)

There are tons I like, but faves are hard to pick.

It's called Different Seasons and I'd really recommend it. It has The Shawshank Redemption, The Body (the movie Stand by Me), Apt Pupil which is awesome, despite what the movie turned it into, and another short story that I forget.

You know what's amusing? The film Dark Knight gets more love in this thread, than I see the job of the same name get in game <.< >.>

Wayne's World (Wayne's world, party time, excellent)

The Day of the Dead remake was pants.

I liked the new batman films, but they don't reach the elite level imo.
