For pistol whip stuff
This is strictly for pvp in heart of the mist, not wvw or pve. because this build lacks a lot of utility especially in many scenarios that are found in wvw. (such as having reduced fall damage, scorpion wires, etc etc)
20 deadly arts with mug and improvisation
30 crit strikes with signet of power & use, and executioner
20 trickery with thrill of crime and trickster.
Utility spells
-signet of malice or hide in shadows
-haste
-signet of shadows
-signet of agility
elite
-thieves guild
For runes
-Its going to be all runes of Divinity
and sigils on weapons
Sigil of air on the sword
Sigil of force on the pistol
so blah blah blah you know what each of those things do i hope.
so for pvp.
when you see a target you want to kill.
open up with
Infiltrator's strike (for the gap closer)
Haste
Pistolwhip
Steal
Pistolwhip till dead.
So as you know when you do pistol whip, your character is stuck in position for the duration of the animation. Stealing to the enemy warps you to their position (if they haven't stealthed) allowing you to land the majority of your hits, Which case haste should still be active allowing you to land a few additional pistolwhip stuns and blows.
This is how you work around not being able to move during pistol whip.
For your concern that you have no endurance when you use haste, you have signet of agility for that.
