most digital retailers are givin a linited amount of serial codes a month. when they sell their alotment they are "out" untill the next time they recive the next batch of codes from a publisher
It's not that they're "out," they suspended digtal sales because the worlds are too crowded. It'll probably become available again once they add more or the amount of concurrent players shrinks a bit.
All I want to say is some of the vistas are such a pain in the ***. But the way the designer did them was just genius. one false move and you fall to your death lol. I seriously spent like an hour doing one of them. (I honestly can't remember where it was, i just remember was so many people agroing mobs and it was near a mortar battle zone in a 40-50 or 35-45 zone) Was worth it tho, got a nice upgrade from the chest up there.
I'm at like 65% world map complete. I'm in a 50-60 zone now where there's like nobody there, on a big server. I enjoy completing the maps tho.

Sounds like Dredgehaunt with all those *** moles or w/e they are
Yeah, that place. And that one wasn't the hardest one that I've found! The hardest one is the one by the ghost place where you have to climb the mountain, passing a veteran ghost mob (where they keep respawning so damn quickly) and the vista is by a skill point too.
Another hard one (for me cuz i spent 45 mins on it, until i realized i was going the wrong way) was one in a mine with more Dredges where there's a door that you have to wait for it to open.
Then there's one in grove, one of my first ones that I got, to where you had to jump around the guild place (but now I'm sure I can do it on the first try lol)
There's a vista in the area I'm in (sorry for not naming the areas, i'm bad at remembering them, but it's a 50-60 area that's not snow land) that is surrounded by mobs. That one was fun /sarcasm
Yeah. I haven't had a whole lot of time to mess around on it though. The BF got back from Denver Friday night and the holiday weekend sucked up a little time. I'm only level eight ATM.
As far as the storyline goes, I'm just at the point where Sir Somethingoranother is standing trial, and I have to choose a partner to kill him and that bruiser with the hammer.
So...How does everyone like their individual storylines so far?
I loved mine up until I had to choose one of the three orders to join. Now I'm working for the Vigil instead of Iron Legion and it's just left me sour because I know damn well the Charr ran things better than these self-righteous buffoons. I miss my warband.
Level 43 and loving my storyline. I didnt know there was multiple story lines actually but Im 43 and made it to the point where you choose and order, I chose Whispers, and I just did the lvl 43 story line where I chose to investigate the rat things. Its fun though :)
I didn't know there were multiple story lines til I messed up on making my character and realized "oh ***this isn't what I saw during the stress test!"
I'm like 57-58 right now...ish... maybe 59, not sure. I haven't done WvWvWvW yet cuz I want to finish the map (and test all the abilities and ***before trying WvWvWvW)
I got both my 30 skill point spells.
Lich form. OMFG I love Lich form. So boss. I also like that druid spirit (it's basically that treant neutral mob with ghost-form type appearance. It's pretty cool, i think i scared the people around me with it tho)
and for underwater, i got Plague Form or something, and omg first time I used it, i was like "woaw"
I love Necromancer. I don't think I'll ever use Staff for necro. Axe/Dagger is so much easier for me.
I don't know how many fans of Guild Wars we have here, but for me it will always have a special place in my heart. Guild Wars was a fast based CORPG (Co-operative RPG) with no subscription fees, and really fun PVP.
Well Guild Wars 2 is on the horizon, and BOY does that game look good.
Following the same pattern of having no subscription fees this game is going to take place 250 years later, on the content of Tyria.
The game is based around the same fast paced combat, with a few small changes ofc.
Here's a cool trailer to get you in the mood for it.
*Note: Everything is real time, Even though it looks like A cutscene, it's gameplay.
